If so, you might be experiencing imposter syndrome, a common psychological phenomenon that affects many professionals, especially in a women of color. This workshop will explore some effective strategies to cope with imposter syndrome and boost your confidence and performance. Participants will be provided tips to help you overcome imposter syndrome and build better relationships with your colleagues and other professionals.
