This 3hr CEU cousrse explores Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives as an important part of a healthy work environment. DEI only scrapes the surface of this critical area particularly since many people belong to more than one marginalized social group, including race, gender, sexuality, age, ability, and socioeconomic status.
